1、 Standardized construction process
Substrate pretreatment
The moisture content of the wooden substrate should be ≤ 12%. Weimeijia recommends using multi-layer solid wood boards or moisture-proof density boards (waterproof coatings should be applied to areas in contact with water sources)
Adhesive selection
Ordinary white latex is prohibited, and specialized contact adhesive (Weimeijia matching adhesive curing time ≤ 20 minutes, peel strength ≥ 4N/mm ²) must be used
Adhesive bonding process
Temperature: 110-130 ℃ (insufficient temperature can cause delamination, excessive temperature can cause carbonization)
Pressure: 8-10kg/cm ², holding time ≥ 30 seconds

Main causes and solutions of the problem phenomenon
Edge lifting, substrate expansion/adhesive aging, cut off the raised part, re inject adhesive+stainless steel pressure strip reinforcement, surface whitening after long-term contact with alkaline cleaning agent, use neutral cleaning agent to wipe, in severe cases, polish and polish the joint, crack due to thermal expansion and contraction, leave no gap, reserve 3-5mm expansion joint and fill with flexible sealing adhesive 3、 Daily maintenance standards
Cleaning taboos
Prohibit steel wire balls and scouring pads (ultra-fine fiber cloth is recommended)
